DIRECTOR MONTAIGN

  Director Montaign is, well, the director of the Halotempora Institute. Not much is known about her backstory, but she has a British accent and is significantly older than Charlie. She seems confident that Charlie will learn the ropes quickly in this new school he has found himself in. She's also brilliant and always well-dressed.
